We have been helping businesses with their communications needs since 1996. Most of the equipment will offer is refurbished, but we are a dealer for Plantronics® and NEC DSX phones systems.
All refurbished phones, systems, voicemail and circuit cards have a one year warranty. New and unused phones, systems, circuit cards and voicemail usually have a one year warranty, but some come with a two year warranty, depending on the system. Handsets and cords have a 30 day warranty. Headsets have a one or two year warranty, depending on the model.
All returns will have a restocking fee of 15%. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Charges on your credit card statement will be from Applied Voice and Data.
