We ship to any location in the Continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii require 2nd Day Air shipping (or other expedited methods).
We don't offer onsite service, but we can arrange for it in the Meto Detroit Area. Also, if you purchase an NEC DS1000 or DS2000 system from us, we can help you find a technician in your area.

All warranties will be supplied via Applied Voice and Data. Refurbished telephone sets have a one year warranty. All handsets and cords have a 30 day warranty.
